  10. I wish to express my deepest concern that the fate and whereabouts of
  11. Jabbar Rashid Shifki remain unknown over ten years after his arrest by
  12. Iraqi armed forces. He was only 15 years old at the time of his
  13. "disappearance", detained solely on account of his ethnic origin.
  14. I urge you to do all in your power to open a full and impartial 
  15. investigation into the case of Jabbar Rashid Shifki and to see to
  16. that those responsible for his "disappearance" be brought to justice.
